865 single-family homes closed across our five Lee County areas in October 2025, up 24% from a year earlier. Gulf-access homes sold for a median of $622,500, down 9% from a year ago, while inland homes came in at $375,000. With 6 to 8 months of supply, buyers have real choices, and well-priced homes are still closing at 94–97% of asking.
