1,037 single-family homes closed across our five Lee County areas in June 2026, up 7% from a year earlier. Gulf-access homes sold for a median of $725,000, up 4% from a year ago, while inland homes held steady at $369,900. With 4 to 6 months of supply, buyers have real choices, and well-priced homes are still closing at 96–98% of asking.
