Inland Prices Ease 6%: More Room to Negotiate
In January 2025, Gulf-access homes sold for a median of $750,000, down 3% from a year ago, while inland homes came in at $375,000. 621 single-family homes closed across our five Lee County areas, up 4% from a year earlier. With 8 to 15 months of supply, buyers have real choices, and well-priced homes are still closing at 97–98% of asking.
