882 single-family homes closed across our five Lee County areas in February 2026, up 19% from a year earlier. Gulf-access homes sold for a median of $728,000, down 1% from a year ago, while inland homes came in at $370,000. With 6 to 8 months of supply, buyers have real choices, and well-priced homes are still closing at 95–98% of asking.
