1,185 single-family homes closed across our five Lee County areas in April 2026, up 10% from a year earlier. Gulf-access homes sold for a median of $750,000, up 9% from a year ago, while inland homes held steady at $370,000. With 4 to 6 months of supply, buyers have real choices, and well-priced homes are still closing at 96–98% of asking.
